June Days :: 1

This photo was taken yesterday morning. The mural featured is right near our house and for ages I've wanted to go there bright and early (to get the best light) and take pictures. It finally happened. I had a hell of a time getting June to cooperate though. We were gone within 5 minutes of our arrival. A good thing too because some neighborhood folks were about to start a baseball game. Can you imagine this mural being the backdrop for your games?

For this month I am planning on posting once a day a picture of Miss June. It is her month after all. Plus, it will help since we'll be traveling. Let's see if I can manage to keep it up all month long.

    I love how June's shirt matches the mural colors. Was that intentional? She is the perfect little model - did you have to have her lunch catered? :-)
